Rules of the offer
This offer is for one hour of technical support for your business IT Network. Offer is valid for 90 days after registration or January 31st , 2017, whichever comes first.
This Technical support coupon is for remote support and on-site network evaluation. For our remote support we use our proprietary remote support Software or VNC. Evaluations are available in Long Island (Nassau & Suffolk county) and NYC 5 Boroughs.
This offer is 1 per customer/organization and must have a valid business license to redeem coupon. Onux Technologies reserves the right to request documentation as proof of business and also to validate the 1 per customer offer.
Coupon can be used only after 48 hours of registration. In the event that repairs required are not covered within the FREE hour, customer will be billed for additional hours. Customer may refuse additional hours and cease work or request a fixed price for requested task(s).
This support covers labor charges only and may not be used for any software or hardware coverage. Customer may purchase from Onux or other vendor.
This coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or be combined with any other offers provided by Onux Technologies or other vendors.
How To Use Coupon
- Contact Onux Technologies sales department and verify yourself and your company information to complete registration.
- After getting transferred to technical support inform them of the problem you are having.
- Technical support will assist you in loading remote support software to gain access to your computer.
- Go to remote.onuxtech.com and technician will give you a code for temporary access computer.
(you will be able to view the technician while they are working on your computer system. When they are completed you may disconnect and technician will no longer have access to your computer. For security purposes you must not give any passwords to technicians. You must enter passwords yourself if required.)
