Position Overview

We are seeking qualified professionals to join our winning team for the role of a Independent Sales. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based sales and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding services offered, cost of services, finding solutions to clients problems using our technology services, billing clarification and the ability to locate answers to clients questions.
  • Work effectively with technicians to solve any technical issues for clients.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about our technology services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success daily.

Requirments

  • Bilingual - Spanish and English preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role of technology and how it plays in helping businesses with daily administrative tasks, automation, marketing etc.
  • People-oriented
  • Organizational skills, detailed oriented, self-motivated
  • Dedicated to customer service, proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Ability to be challenged to meet daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly sales goals
