At Onux technologies we provide excellent technical support services to our small and medium size business customers. At Onux we understand that not every business has the financial capability to hire a technician to support and manage their data network. That is why we provide our services to you. We customize our support plans to work with companies of all sizes. We provide multiple plans , such as Break fix, fixed price, block of hour and our unique Proactive support plan.
BREAK FIX PLAN
Our Break fix plan provides technical support as an as needed basis. Client will purchase an hour of support for any task needed (1 hour is the minimum support charge). Occasionally some tasks require more than just one hour. Any task that goes beyond the 1st hour will be charged additional time based on 15 minute increments.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We highly recommend that companies with 4 computers or more with a server subscribe to our ProActive Support option. This option provides a much more reliable and secure environment for your business computer network.
Buy IT Support by the Block of Hours for no Monthly Payment Plan
Our hourly support rate is $125.00 per hour for on-site and $100.00 for remote. But, we provide Buy it by the Block to provide a discount on your IT expense. This hours can be used for most technical support or network configuration request(s)
